The location was ultra-central, making it super easy to find and close to all the main attractions. The property owner had a very open, kind, and responsible attitude, treating us with full respect. The intimate atmosphere allowed for a peaceful and undisturbed stay, without any noise or disturbances. The apartment was clean and fresh, equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The interesting interior design, with its shelves full of interesting books, added to the overall restful atmosphere. I highly recommend this property for its great value for money, convenient location, and comfortable and confident stay. Thank you for making our trip to Lake Como so wonderful!

Impressive accommodation, stylish and clean. Recently refurbished flats with everything needed for holiday catering. Central location, close to ship pier, cable train, restaurants, and bars. A definite choice for a return stay.

Exceptionally nice location, at a walking distance from Cathedral of Como. Really close to the railway tracks, Close to the city center and train station, the lake, the funicolare and the duomo. Nice welcome from host. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge for cooking.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk from the ship pier and Brunate cable train. The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was super well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was a lifesaver and the toiletries and towels provided were a nice touch. The wide marble staircase and modern glass elevator added a touch of luxury, and the access code at the front door gave us peace of mind. Plenty of storage and big bright windows with blinds and screens ensured a comfortable stay. The main bathroom was large, clean, and bright, making us feel like we were staying in a 4-star hotel. Our host was incredible, offering us tips and recommendations for our stay. We would definitely come back!

The units at Le Rondinelle are amazing! They are super cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved how each unit had a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. It made cooking meals so easy!
Personally, I wished the studio had a stovetop instead of just a microwave. But hey, that's just my preference.

Loved the free WiFi, it made scrolling through social media so much easier while stuck in my cramped apartment. And the air conditioning? Pure bliss for my sweaty self. Oh, and I got to enjoy the garden. from my tiny terrace.
Who needs street noise when you're trying to sleep, right? The constant soundtrack of car manhole covers provided the perfect lullaby.

The host even provided a detailed folder with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. this place exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend it for both short and longer stays.

Stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with the Duomo Piazza, lake, and grocery store all within a short walking distance. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and they even let us check in early. Alessandro, Sergio's colleague, was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was spacious and well-suited for a family of four. We hope to come back in the future!

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a high-end hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the ship pier, Brunate cable train, and various restaurants and bars within walking distance. One thing I really appreciated was the fully equipped kitchen, which made it convenient for me to prepare my own meals.
There was no storage facility available to store my luggage after checkout. This was quite inconvenient as I had a business trip and needed a place to keep my belongings until my departure.
